    We capture the property details, your bank information, and your commercial preferences. You receive a private 2-hour link to verify everything.

    Curation

    Your property is never published. We introduce it privately to a hand-picked shortlist drawn from our vetted tenant and corporate networks.

    Owner approval

    You review each tenant offer and accept the one that fits. Nothing moves without your written approval.

  5. 05

    Term sheet & deposit

    A formal term sheet is generated. We collect the security deposit and confirm handover dates with both parties.

  6. 06

    Handover & beyond

    A concierge supervises the key handover in person. We remain on call for the duration of the lease.
