What Binga holds, and what deletion covers

  • Enquiries & profiles — briefs, viewing requests and vetting applications you submitted, and the concierge notes attached to them.
  • Browsing analytics — which listings a visitor viewed and for how long, linked to you only after you submit a form. The button above erases this instantly for the current device.
  • Ad platform data — if you reached us through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta associates that click with your Meta account. On a verified deletion we remove you from every ad audience we control and stop sending Meta any events about you.

Facebook & Instagram data

If you interacted with Binga on Facebook or Instagram (an ad, a lead form, or a message to our page), a verified Delete my data request also covers the lead-form answers we downloaded and your entry in our ad audiences. Data held by Meta itself is controlled in your own Meta settings: review Off-Facebook Activity and Ad Preferences to disconnect or limit what Meta keeps.

How verification works

We confirm every identified-data request on the phone number or email it concerns before making changes — this stops anyone else from deleting or reading your data. Requests are completed within 7 days and you receive written confirmation. Some records we are legally required to keep (signed tenancy agreements, invoices) are retained for the statutory period and deleted after.
